Shopping Information

At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We’re a proud UK-based business and all our products are made locally.

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status through your account.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Mattress Care

For light cleaning, vacuum your mattress regularly using a soft brush attachment. For spills, spot-clean with a mild detergent and warm water—avoid soaking the fabric.

It depends on the design. Most of our mattresses are non-flip, but we recommend rotating it 180° every 3–6 months to keep the comfort even and extend its life.

We focus on comfort and quality, using locally sourced, skin-friendly fabrics wherever possible.

Most items can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Please refer to the care label for specific instructions.

Order & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we offer a 3-day return window for unused items in original condition. Please contact us to start a return.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
